This effect Replaces mission objective text, helpbox text, prompt box text, text in the bottom right corner of the screen (vehicle name & type, map region etc.), subtitle text, radio station names, songs playing text, vehicle name and type text (when you drive into LS Customs) and weapon names to Allan please add details, Just Monika, Sample Text, Binary Code (11010100), Morse Code (....) and Censored. Use full stops whenever appropriate. It also changes the plates on all vehicles too with the following:
