Name of effect Spawn Submarine

Duration if timed effect (long or short timed?) One-Time

Effect Description Spawn one of the four Submarines with these odds: 30% for Minisub 30% for Kraken 30% for Avisa Or rare 10% chance of Kosatka. Enjoy your deep sea adventure... On land.

I think this would be hard to do, especially accessing the interior of the submarine since it's an online only feature and the only thing you could really do in it is fly the helicopter out, drive the underwar car I can't remember the name of, or drive the Avisa out.

It would be neat if the mod could force you to pick up some of the underwater collectables.

I think it's fair enough with the Kosatka. However, i think this effect is still pretty doable with the Minisub, Kraken, and Avisa alone. Let's just remove the Kosatka from the equation then. Also that underwater car that you think of is the Toreador
