Duration if timed effect (long or short timed?) 45 seconds

Effect Description Causes randomly generated or preset social club notification to appear every 5-10 seconds

Im pretty sure this is not possible... and have a very weak feeling this is a dupe. i couldnt find anything on it, however.

I think what /u/Booper18 is trying to suggest is that the messages would be fake ones that pretend you're on social club. Most streamers turn off Social Club because their IP can be found out on stream. So this could be irritating like "ROCKSTAR CLOUD SAVE ERROR" to "So and so invited you to their crew".
