Name of effect Mee6 Duration of effect 60 seconds

Effect Description You will be ignored and cant do activites with people. (mission,hangouts etc)

The mod is not only for Matt, so memes that don't make sense to other people won't be added. This one is impossible anyway because FriendlyBaron doesn't exist as an NPC in the game.
