Upgrades people upgrades

Upgrades everything Normal Bikes get turned into opresors Normal weapons get turned into the MKII weapons (both for player and AI) All weapons get their max attachments Sports car get turned into super sports car Normal civilian cars get turned into armored cars (armored kuruma or insurgent) Police cars get turned into military jeeps Normal helicopters get turned into a buzzard RPG get turned into the Railgun Minigun gets turned into the alien minigun Tazer gets turned into up and atomizer

Actually, i have wanted something like this for a long time. Additionally, make the atomizer upgrade to the unholy hellbringer, and the unholy hellbringer turn into the widowmaker.
