[Suggestion] Effect: Vigilant Cops #192

If you exceed the speed limit, run a red light (on foot or in a vehicle), drive the wrong way, crash into somebody, etc, etc you'll get the cops, so you'll have to obey all the traffic rules.

Cops are also generally more vigilant and you won't have to steal more than one car or run over more than one ped to get the wanted level - they react immediately to your actions.

I didn't know this mod existed. I don't know a lot about GTA V mods actually. But yeah, something like that :P
