[Effect Suggestion] Spawn Enemy Sniper #1927

Description Edited: Spawns a suited person with a sniper far away from the player (enough so he doesnt have a chance of despawning) possibly with aimbot (so the AI doesn't try get closer to kill the player).

Would this still be a hard effect to do? Even if the sniper ends up being super close by there may be times where they're just the right distance away if they're spawned on rooftops of nearby buildings.

The same problems mentioned in the other suggestion still apply: AFAIK there isn't any way to automatically find a nearby building/rooftop, you'd have to manually enter hundreds of possible spawn points. Even then most buildings are in the city and the rest of the map is mainly wilderness, so the problem wouldn't be that the sniper is too close but that he'd be too far when there aren't any buildings near the player. It'd be a lot of work for an effect that works only some of the time.

Pain. I guess so. What about instead a sniper spawns on the ground but far away (enough so he doesn't despawn too)? Maybe with aimbot?
