[Suggestion] Effect: Vampirism (Vehicle Vampirism)

You restore your health when you deal damage to someone.

Also can be made with vehicles, into separate effect or together: when you deal damage to other vehicles, your vehicle is slightly repaired.

This is a really good idea, I'll do it in the next couple of days. A little like the "Soul leech" weapon enchantment in modded minecraft.

A different effect idea for a completely separate effect that could also be called Vampirism is a countdown bar at the top of the screen for your "Hunger" and you have to damage things to fill it up.

The countdown bar looks nice as a separate effect, just need to choose between peds and vehicles

My idea for "vampirism" would be to have direct sunlight cause damage, and ignite on death. :P
