[Effect Improvement] Fake Teleport #2294

My suggestion is the following: when fake teleporting the player to Fort Zancudo / LS Airport, give them the police stars while they are there and clear the wanted level when they are brought back. It isn't much, but it could make the effect more convincing

I think a "fake wanted level" is already a thing in the game and used in some missions, so maybe this is possible.
