Name of effect Rock Paper Scissors

[ ] Long
[ ] Short
[X] No duration

Effect Description Must win a game of Rock Paper Scissors against an AI, if its a stalemate another random effect gets chosen. If you loose you explode and if you win one of the following effects will get chosen: get 10.000 Dollars, get body armor, get ammo refilled. If thats too complicated for a single effect just choose one.
