[Effect Suggestion] Flip Player #2490

Name of effect Flip Player

Duration (choose one and replace the corresponding "[ ]" with "[X]")

Effect Description Flips the player upside down and around a meter into the air. Simple yet amusing. This is mainly for the player being outside of a vehicle, but it could work in vehicles too. Would be hilarious in boats and aircraft. YES IM AWARE FLIP ALL VEHICLES IS ALREADY A THING but this is different, you could make this effect affect the player only while on-foot

And similar effects can exist, right? Ignite all nearby peds is practically the same as Obliterate all nearby peds so
