[Suggestion] CyberPunk-ish themed effect #258

I thought of a good effect for chaos. its Cyberpunk themed as in it has a Cyberpunk style to it but the cool thing is that when you shoot and enemy or any NPC it shows number of how much damage you do and it also shows like a health bar on enemies, maybe at the bottom right corner where the map is it could show your health in numbers and at the left side or anywhere you see fit it can show what gun you currently have equipped. For the screen effect it can have like this retro Cyber effect. I think it would be quite cool effect to see in GTA 5!

Plus, civilians will cower in fear instead of running away from combat, and they will despawn "aggressively" if you aren't looking at them. :P

I thought of some names for it. It can be called Gamer vision, Cyber world, Game time. Maybe you can think of better ones but thats all i got.

If the effect is mostly the healthbars and showing damage, then I'd rather see it referencing Binding of Isaac's "Spidermod" than Cyberpunk, to be honest.

"Gamer vision" would work as a name, though.
