Effect Description
Makes the car the player is in have Avon's voice, crashing a car may result in a scream or it shouting, driving nicely or getting in the car without breaking the window may have the car say something nice whereas breaking the window to get in would also result in the car talking shit at the player. Honks are replaced with insults. Other cars may have voices too of story characters (so there's more lines that can be said from them).
