[Effect Suggestion] Bloons Tower Defence (BTD) #2782

Monkey tower defense/MTD/Bloons tower defense/BTD Potential name(s) for the effect

Duration (choose one and replace the corresponding "[ ]" with "[X]")

For a period of time, the game will spawn monkeys with guns hostile towards the player, and the closer to the end the effect is the stronger the weapons the monkeys will be using (e.g. handguns->SMGs->ARs->sniper rifles->grenade tossing monkeys). I hope you enjoy my idea for a submission and happy coding! Description of the effect; what should it do?
