Effect Description Kinda a shot in the dark and may be similar to other effects, but essentially peds near the player raise up in the air and die brutally (based off Stranger Things Season 4 of course). Cars also raise up in the air and are crushed quickly. Its meant to be abrupt and kinda shocking so imo would work best as a short effect

Kinda sounds like Heaven Bound from Saints Row 2. You kill someone and then they float up into the sky.
