Effect Description Spawns a Deluxo. (The flying car from Online.)

Honestly surprised this isn't an effect yet tbh, it's good in just about any situation.

Already part of „spawn random vehicle“ ;P There’s also „Flying Cars“,so idk if this is something we need to add

There's a caveat here; Deluxo can drive on and under water.

That’s the Stromberg, not the deluxo

Spawn Random Vehicle seems a little one-in-a-million to get the Deluxo, and this is a flying car the player gets to keep with no duration (as well as being slower and more pleasant to fly). Ive been watching many Chaos and Rainbomizer playthroughs and I can’t think of a time the Deluxo has ever come up. It always seems to be the Opressor as Jesus spawns on it and makes the randomized traffic more likely to be it.

All I’m saying is if there’s a “Spawn Adder” and “Spawn Buzzard”, why not a combination of the two!? :D

How about adding sound when this effect occurs? Part of BTTF soundtrack maybe? For Mercenaries, Slippery vehicles and others it works great.

Devs are against putting third party sounds in the mod, especially when it comes to copyrighted material that the bttf soundtrack probably is

That's because you have a sound pack installed. That effect never makes an attempt to play any sound by itself: https://github.com/gta-chaos-mod/ChaosModV/blob/master/ChaosMod/Effects/db/Vehs/VehsSpawner.cpp#L306
