Effect Description I have multiple ideas on how this could work. All of them could play a sound byte from the Yellow Submarine song. 1.Teleports the Player and their 'party' to a random ocean coordinate, then puts them in a 4 seater submersible like Avisa or Toreador (aquatic car with weapons), or the 2 seater Stromberg (aquatic car with weapons). Of course the vehicles would be painted yellow.

2. Teleports the Player and their 'party' to a random ocean coordinate, then puts the pc and every nearby actor into a yellow ocean only submersible like Kraken or Submersible, or the Avisa.
3. Like Tanks Alot/Scooter Brothers/Bus Boys, puts all NPCs in ocean only submersible vehicles. On Land this basically stops all traffic.

Okay, no sound effect. However, you get the point, putting people in submarines.
It would be quite a fun effect to hit someone with when they are in a police chase or flying someplace.
