Bi-Plane Brethren - give everyone the duster plane, again very similar to effects like Scooter Brothers, Bus Bois, and Mower Mates

for this one, would it telport them all upwards to flight height?

I personally expected it to spawn with everyone on the ground very similar to bud bois for example, but I do like you idea of them spawning you at flight height. For this to work, I would think it would need to put you at cruising speed as well. So I will say yes, it would spawn you and everyone nearby into a crop duster going at cruising speed and at a suitable height to fly while not being extremely high up.
