[Bug] Crash Unrelated to Any Effect #3640

Describe the bug A short time after starting the game, the game will freeze, and perhaps crash.

To Reproduce

  1. Launch GTA V with Chaos Mod
  2. Load a Save File
    • Possibly a specific save file? I can provide it if needed.
  3. At a time when an effect is not being given (i.e. the bar is in the middle), the game will freeze.
