Give Everyone The Musket Potential name(s) for the effect Civil War. Duration if timed effect (long or short timed?) If not a timed effect, remove this section

Effect Description Description of the effect; what should it do? It gives everyone nearby the Musket.

Originally, i thought that this was just a boring, stabdard effect. But then i pictured it in my head. And youre right, this would be a hillarious effect in the right cirmstances. I approve.

Can we change the ped's clothes too? Are there independence/civil war -like clothes? Also it should probably cause aggression similar to Peds Riot, so there's some shooty action.

Imagine a bureau raid type shootout when this effect occurs. That would be comedy gold.
