[Effect Suggestion] A fake Discord message #533

Name of effect Ghost Ping

Effect Description It makes a discord ping sound (if that is even legal, otherwise maybe a sound resembling it) and shows up after gta lost focus, and if it doesn't loose focus it just shows up after a few seconds or smth

We likely can't re-distribute the Discord sound legally, but in any case without players changing their settings to not pause the game when focus is lost, the mod would also pause so it doesn't really have the same effect you're imagining.
