Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Custom sound effects play way too loud and aren't effected by game volume

Describe the solution you'd like A volume slider and test button in the chaosmod config app.

Describe alternatives you've considered Any other more simple way to reduce sound effect volume would work.
