[Effect Suggestion] Litter trails #659

Name of effect Litter trail Stop littering

Duration if timed effect (long or short timed?) Long

Effect Description Spawns litter (e.g. cans, cardboard boxes, buckets, tools) behind/under the player, kinda like the oil trails.

Maybe change it so that 'Garbage' just spawns extremely much. the streets, homes, everywhere garbage just spawns. And long would be way too annoying/boring.
