[Effect Suggestion] Fireworks? #978

Name of effect Fireworks?

Effect Description Give all nearby peds a fireworks launcher and have them fire one shot at the player. Maybe delay the effect for a few seconds so the player thinks it’s the normal “Fireworks!” effect for a moment.

Itll probably just be you immedeatly dying from the fireworks.
