I saw some chaos mod speedruns lately and I loved the 3.0 version of the mod, its amazing!

While watching I had the idea to have more sound-related effects, because I think currently there is very few. Here's some ideas:

Deaf
No in-game sound
Loud sounds
Make in-game sound 200% louder
Everybody dance now!
Plays a (copyright-free) song and force all peds including CJ to do a dance animation
Singing CJ
Make CJ sing (randomly using one of these idle sounds)
