[New effect] You dropped a bomb on me #265

Places an (invisible) bomb at player's feet. Explode maybe 5 seconds later to have chance to get away from it. If in a vehicle, the explosion still happens on the road, not in the vehicle.

Should be put on hold during cutscenes?
