Assertion error on particular save #812

Expected and current behavior

Loading this particular save gives me assertion error.

Additional information

Provided save. NOTE: Change file extension from .txt to .b GTASAsf1.txt

Last log entry is: [debug][15:36:16.797][Text.cpp:151]: Loading 'AMERICAN.GXT' version=04 (8-bit ASCII)

Load this save.

Loads fine with fixes made in #822, i assume it can be closed once that PR is merged: Image

Yeah actually you should just add Fixes #812 to that PR Just so that it's documented.
