modify oeu list view to display dates on the left side of the screen to allow better data curation
must be done outside office hours due to possible for re-indexing

@leomueller2161 Du kannst die Spalten der Listenansicht auch einfach zusammenschieben, dann hast Du die Datierung um Blick, siehe Screenshot.
