Create Go To Top for when user is far down the namespace tree #36

as the top of the tree and quick search disappear, there should be an easy way for user to scroll back up.

Possible solution: (When search is not visible, make a go to top pop up visible)

Sticky search box added: 30fbac6

Won't add go to top for now. Main reason for it was to access the search box
