Make Google Custom Search More Accessible #37

Currently, only visible at bottom of Quick Search results. Possible Solutions:

  1. Add 2 search buttons to Quick Search (Internal, Google)
  2. Move link to top.

The advantage of number 1, is that the query url can be fired with the value from the text box. Problem of number 2, is that it takes you to CSE page, which is ugly and no intuitive (2 search boxes)

wont add google button for now. dynamic link added to search panel so clicking on it will auto load google CSE 432113a
