Add Python Gists Section #5

There a few documentation of python>RevitAPI, but would be nice to consolidate them. (Dyanmo Primer, NM's API Notebook, Archi-lab) Create a Python Tab that finds related gists

Implemented. Needs to oauth to increase rate limit
