Membership List Should be Private #27

Backup #5 suggests that the membership list should be kept private. Currently, I was able to the full list from my test user account.

I changed the following setting to "List Admin Only"

private_roster (privacy): Who can view subscription list?

When set, the list of subscribers is protected by member or admin password authentication.
