Add mailing list archive links to http://gtalug.org/mailing-list/

Needed to look up something on mailing list archive, and it was surprisingly difficult to find archive page -- you need to go to http://gtalug.org/mailing-list/, scroll down, and read through which list is relevant to you, then click on a link labeled 'Or signup using the HTML form here', and then on that page look for archive link.

For a person who is thinking of joining GTALUG, skimming through the mailing list it would be important -- to find out what general attitudes on a mailing list are, and what topic to discussed. We should have most recent talk archive link at the very top of mailing list page, then we should have a link to our full archive. Or because the mailing list is such a big part of GTALUG, perhaps we should link to the archive directly from the main page of the site.
