We are currently using PiratePad for our multiple people need to edit a document at the same time needs.

@mgjk set this up for CAG.

Etherpad-lite ie. https://github.com/ether/etherpad-lite#installation

I'll see about installing it with its own user and setting a cron to auto-update. It has its own port, so updates are important.
