Viktor's Abandoned Car Mission Bugged/Cletus Car Mission Bugged #140

^That guy at newb spawn's mission is bugged. He sends you to an abandoned car but its locked, sort of like if a player owns their car and does /lock, you can't get in the passenger seat and you can't drive it, pretty much renders the mission impossible.

Same thing with the mission cletus gives you buggy

This also occurs with Worker's mission near the old drug factory in Blueberry, you try and get in the van and it's just locked so you can't enter it at all.

And as we're on the topic of NPC mission bugs, you can't get chicken for Big Smoke as Cluckin' Bell doesn't give you anything.
