Docklands - issue with waypoint on 6.9km/4.2mi #27

On docklands course, waypoint on 6.9km/4.2m causes issue for some users. GPS navigation redirects user to right instead of straight road. A possible cause for this behavior might be the change of obstacle detection released with version 0.3.0.2.

Changed waypoints between 6.9 - 8.0 km. Bugfix implemented:
