Describe your issue

The issue is encountered when attempting to interact with a button that is intended to be accessed through the hover action on the "Notifications" element that is at the top right. Can't even click the button since the popup disappears even before I click the button.

It does work sometimes, I don't know why

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://learn.mulearn.org/challenges
  2. Hover over the Notifications icon at the top right
  3. Try to click anything within that popup

What was the expected result?

I expected to click any buttons within that popup
