while clicking on the Terms and condition in footer section it does not redirect to Terms and condition webpage

Steps to reproduce

1.go to https://learn.mulearn.org/challenges 2.Goes to footer 3.click on Terms and condition

What was the expected result?

The expected result is to redirect to the Terms and condition webpage when Terms and condition is clicked.
