When i click on the notifications, it does not redirect to the exact web page

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch the browser
  2. Enter the URL "https://learn.mulearn.org/challenges"
  3. click any of the notifications

What was the expected result?

The expected result was, while clicking on the notification it should redirect to the exact webpage
