Describe your issue

When moving the cursor over the notification circle in the navbar, a small window or screen appears with options to view all notifications. However, once moving the cursor away from the notification circle, the small window disappears. Additionally, selecting the "view all" option using the keyboard directs the page to a blank white page. Furthermore, if one of the notifications is selected for more details, a "404 Error - Page Not Found" is displayed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Go to the website https://learn.mulearn.org/challenges.
  3. Move the cursor over the notification circle in the navbar.
  4. Observe the appearance of the small window with options to view all notifications.
  5. Move the cursor away from the notification circle.
  6. Notice that the small window disappears.
  7. Use the keyboard to select the "view all" option.
  8. Observe that the page redirects to a blank white page.
  9. Select one of the notifications for more details.
  10. Observe that a "404 Error - Page Not Found" is displayed.

I cant choose the "view all" option using mouse. It keeps moving away. And once selected using keyboard it directs to "404 page not found"
