Edit Issue in User Management regarding mobile no. #1442

Describe your issue

User isn't able to set the mobile field to null i.e mobile number isn't a mandatory column . So make it not required.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to dashboard
  2. Select User Management
  3. Try editing user after setting mobile number to null

What was the expected result?

Should successfully edit the form with no mobile no.
