mu-dev -Task Management - Tasks - Tasks table isn't updated immediately #1523

Describe your issue

Whenever a task is created or updated, unless the page/table is refreshed or sorted in some way, it doesn't show up in the tasks table. But if the task is deleted, it is immediately removed from the table without refreshing.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://dev-app-mulearn.vercel.app/dashboard/tasks
  2. Add a task or edit an existing task
  3. Check the list of tasks

What was the expected result?

I expected the tasks to be updated to the table immediately in the given sorting order

Hi, @vidhya-vjkumar I'm trying to fix the issue, I've made some changes but I'm not able to find task page to create task and check whether it's working. Can you please check it out "https://github.com/GeorgeET15/mulearn/tree/dev"
