when trying to register as a mentor ,the register page ask for mandatory fields and after that clicking on submit will not submit the form .There is no warning for user to select from drop down
should be able to submit the form with mandatory field or else a warning a warning meassage should be highlighted even for dropdown

1.Launch browser 2.Enter URL"https://dev-app-mulearn.vercel.app/register/about" 3.Enter the details in the mandatory fields and submit
