Consistency fixes for protobufs #14

Fields that are IoT messages should have the same name as the message
Only add proto fields; do not remove them
move Parker to the vendor-specific message section of the top-level XBOS message
tested builds, archival on most drivers

@akshephard @anandkp92 I had to make these fixes to avoid all of the existing deployments breaking. I updated the plugins and drivers, so updating this on your end should hopefully go smoothly. Sorry I didn't catch these fixes before, but please look through and let me know if you have any questions. I'll probably merge this in later today
