Adding the UI for loading into the chatview

There's have some minus padding issue for the profile picture. The dot is animated looping from 1 dot to 2 dots to 3 dots.

I might need to commit again for the padding, please help me for the padding on Tuesday and i can submit another commit for fixing the padding. @royankit11
