Enhancement request for baseline and segmentation.

Implicit segmentation would be useful. Currently, these can be handled by 
modifications of scripts 
that call augustus baseline consumer internally and generate producer config 
and scheme.

However, these scripts are incapable of, for instance, identifying segment 
values when the 
segments are based on derived fields.

Closing all Augustus 0.3.x issues / requests.  We will not address these unless 
there is an urgent need.  If possible, everyone should upgrade to 4.x of the 
PMML specification.
