Link-targets in "see also" are wrong #19

The two links in the "see also" section don't work. I'm not sure where the source of this content is so I'm just opening a ticket here.

HowDoI: Using Application: https://wiki.gnome.org/HowDoI/`Application` should be https://wiki.gnome.org/HowDoI/GtkApplication
Getting Started with GTK+: Basics: https://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/stable/gtk-getting-started.html`id`-1.2.3.3 should be https://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/stable/gtk-getting-started.html

Ok, this is probably being converted somehow from here: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/blob/b4acf8160936bfc27ad5e255d0cfe4500cdbd7f7/gtk/gtkapplication.c#L124 I'm closing this again, not sure what/if something can be done about it.
