IMHO this PR better wait for https://github.com/GuillaumeGomez/rustdoc-stripper/issues/53 and maybe https://github.com/gtk-rs/gir/issues/797 as it contains almost no real changes

We still need to have docs up-to-date. We'll update them afterwards, at least the API functions/types will be there.
