I think a modern rendition of Ambiance for Ubuntu Unity would be a great addition to this theme world, and Brilliance is almost that.

what are you running Unity on? And what improvements would you bring?

Ubuntu Unity 20.10. I would bring redesigned icon highlights and maybe a new dash icon.
