This issue is wider than just replacing arcpy.mapping with arcpy.mp as the dependent modules also use ArcMap scripting functions. The reason Symbolize raster with priorprobability (classified values) does not work is because the execute function relies on .lyr files and removed functions within arcpy. The Toolbox\arcsdm\symbolize.py needs to rewritten.
